No easy explanation or purpose for this web site. As with many things. I created it, in part, to explore facets of the human experience that piqued my mental, and emotional, eye, so to speak.

Why have I chosen 'darkness' as my vessel of communication? Because I am facinated by it's multi-faceted existance, it's neccessity, if you will, in the human experience.

All of humankind has a 'dark' place, inside. Some hide it very well. Some exonerate in it's existance. The darkness inside some may be walled-off, ignored. But it exists, in whatever small or great form. Why does traffic always come to a creeping halt near a bad auto accident? Because people are facinated by death, by blood. They don't like to talk about it, or admit it, but they want to SEE. That little, small part of them wants to SEE. This does not make a person evil.

That's all this site really is: an exploration of human nature .. not of evil or bad-ness. Just of that little part of you that you may or may not admit to having. Can someone ever really know goodness, know what it is, what it means to be good, if they've never done something 'bad' before?

Go ahead. Argue. Hopefully this will mean you're thinking. Thinking is good. The brain is a muscle. Like other muscles, it will atrophy if you don't use it.
